We deliver i9 products only in UK. Many countries already have local i9 representatives and in that case, delivery will be done directly by them and support will be offered in local language. Please check and websites.

Payment upon delivery
If this option is available in your country, additional costs may occur with “Payment Upon Delivery” option (including delivery costs).

Our tips:

  • Use a delivery address where someone will be present to accept the delivery or add phone number in checkout process.
  • To change your delivery address, please contact us.
  • To change your address when the package is already on its way, contact the delivery service by telephone. Ready your package number.
  • Make sure the delivery service has your telephone number, so that they can contact you.
  • Track your package using your tracking number.
  • Make sure that your name is clearly visible on your house door to help the packaging service find your address!

If no one is present at the point of delivery, the packaging service will undertake 1-2 more attempts.

Please be aware that if your order is placed after 12:00pm Monday – Friday or at any time over the weekend, it may be dispatched the next working day. During local national holiday periods delivery times may change. Courier delays may also affect delivery times. We will endeavour to keep you updated on any issues we are made aware of.

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer and/or may need to contact you for proof of address to carry out additional security checks. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.

All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
